Paleo Maple Glazes Almonds


I’ve been trying this while Paleo thing for the past week because it’s gluten free and both of my parents are allergic to dairy and corn on top of that, so I figure why not try cutting these allergens from my diet and see how I feel. So far I am really enjoying it, but who wouldn’t when you can have sweet treats like these 😉

I found the recipe on The Food Network’s website, its 2 cups nuts, 1/3 cup Maple syrup, and just a small pinch of salt after you have pan roasted the nuts on medium heat until desired toasty-ness then put on parchment paper or glass plate to cool. Then snack on the deliciousness you have just made and enjoy!
